Fully amortizing loan with a principal & interest payment at a fixed rate. Maximum term offered is 30 years. Title insurance is required.
Home Equity Line of
Credit (HELOC)
Floating rate based on the Wall Street Journal Prime index. Payment is interest-only for the first 15 years, then will fully amortize with fixed principal & variable interest payment. Term is 30 years total for first or second lien position.
Home Equity Loan
(Heloan)
Fully amortizing loan with a principal & interest payment at a fixed rate. Maximum term offered is 20 years for a first or second lien position.
